Effective date: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bronson website and the products and services described on it. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Bronson website at brnsn.ai (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The Site and the platform
The Site describes Bronson, a data and intelligence platform for mass-tort litigation operated by Bronson AI LLC (“Bronson,” “we,” “us”). Access to the Bronson platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement; nothing on this Site grants any license or right to use the platform, and the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.
3. No legal advice; no attorney–client relationship
Bronson is a technology company, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Site is legal advice, and your use of the Site does not create an attorney–client relationship. You should consult qualified counsel for advice on any specific matter. Any references to litigation, matters, or outcomes are illustrative and are not a prediction or guarantee of any result.
4. Permitted use and restrictions
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape, copy, or harvest content except as permitted by law; reverse engineer any part of the Site; or use it to develop a competing product. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, imagery, video, and the Bronson name and marks — are owned by Bronson or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to view the Site, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.
6. Information you submit
If you submit information through the Site (for example, a contact request), you grant us permission to use it to respond to you and to operate and improve the Site, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential, privileged, or protected health information through the Site’s general contact forms.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bronson and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bronson and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
